Goal of the Activity

To get the international students to know “bingo”, a typical Spanish game, and for them to be able to win awards, thus creating a good and different dynamic among them.

Description

Prior to the activity, we contacted the place where the activity takes place, which provides us with the bingo, which has a bag with the numbers on wooden chips, and cards for all participants. To participate in the bingo, the international student body was given a bingo card with each drink at the bar.

The acting party manager, along with the activity coordinator, the partner manager and the board of directors agreed on the prizes to be awarded to each winner. The prizes finally were: a mug for the first bingo line, a dinner at La Rana Verde (partner) for the winner of the first bingo, two tote bags for the winners of the second bingo line (two people sang at the same time) and two bottles, one for each of the winners of the second bingo (again two people sang at the same time).

During the party, between 23:00 and 01:00, the volunteer, together with the help of the aspirants, were in charge of calling “bingo”, drawing numbers and waiting for the line and the bingo of each round. In total, two bingos were held, the second one with a smaller number of international students, but thanks to the involvement of the coordinator to encourage them to continue participating, it was possible to carry it out.

Finally, the names of all the winners were written down to give them their prizes.
