Goal of the Activity
The Goal of the activiti was to clean the beach of vergine maria with the residents of the borough of Palermo and sensibilize
the citizen to have a positive beahviour to preserve the beach that is one part of "demanio marittimo" it means is protected
by the municipality and Sicilian Region as "Protected Area of Nature interest".
Description
We went there by bus with a group of erasmus and esn, there there were the organization "pro loco"
that gave us the gloves and the picks to take the trash and the bags.
We stay there for almost 3 hours and bring out 10 bags of plastic, aluminium, and other not differenced waste.
