Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was for international students to discover Trieste's cultural heritage.
Description
In the morning, we met in the strada Napoleonica, which overlooks the Gulf of Trieste, in order to watch the Barcolana. The Barcolana is a famous international regatta taking place every year in Trieste, with thousands of sailboats participating.
After that, we moved to a typical osmiza to have lunch together. An osmiza is a place in the Karst where people can taste fresh handmade products from the region such as wine, cheese and ham.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
