For the second session of our project, we invited Andreea Mîcnea, an ESN alumna for an interactiv workshop of what it means to delegate and how to put it into practice.
We are excited to announce the next event called ”The art of delegation”, it will take place on Saturday, 5th of December at 2 PM.
For this online session, our trainer is Andreea Mîcnea. As an old and dear member of the ESN family, Andreea is an alumna, founding member and former president of the local section of the Erasmus Student Network in Iași. At this moment, Andreea is working as a manager for Conduent Business Services and has more than 5 years of professional experience in the area. With plenty of experience in leading and training, Andreea wishes to invite you all on an insightful journey about what “to delegate” means, what it implies, and how the theory can be applied.
The workshop ”The art of delegation” is about letting go of the belief that we should do everything on our own or that we should be in control of everything. It is embracing the idea of trusting others and their capabilities. It's about sharing and becoming a better and stronger team together, to achieve better results.
What will you learn? This workshop will allow you to understand the process of delegation and how to implement it yourself with the help of several practical exercises. For that reason it’s important that the participants turn on their cameras.
