The ultimate goal of this excursion was to promote the Greek cultural heritage and showcase the significance of Delphi archaeological site. Moreover, we had the amazing opportunity to visit the nearby picturesque town of Arachova, try delicious traditional Greek food and wander around its narrow streets, filled with stone-made houses and wooden attractions.
At first we arrived at Delphi where we visited the archaeological site and we continued on with a visit to the museum. After 3 hours, we headed to the beautiful town of Arachova, a rural town located at the foot of Mt. Parnassos in Viotia, Southern Greece. We dined in traditional Greek restaurants and walked around the town, admiring the amazing landscape view and visiting other monuments of the town.
