The main goal was to spend a couple of hours relaxing and detaching the mind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and also to be able to explain to the Erasmus students part of the our regional culture, namely the hills of Valpolicella and its wine. The mindfullness aspect was a very important element for this activity. The entire painting session was carried out in such a way that the artistic activity was a practical tool that favored relaxation and mental health.
The activity consisted in a guided painting session. The teacher explained step by step how and what to do at the Erasmus students, who had to follow her. During the experience, the teacher also explained the meaning of what we were painting: the hills of Valpolicella, vineyards and wine, which are an integral part of Venetian culture.
