The main goal of our event was getting to know how beautlful can be our diversity and the importance of our traditional food which is one of the main atraction when it comes to a country's culture.
This was one of the events who is supposed to bring people together regardless the distance, cultural differences, moreover, this was that kind of event where diversity unites. We proposed through this event to promote the individual and specific gastronomy each country has. This year we celebrateed the 15th edition of Alba Culinaria organised by Centre for International Relations Alba Iulia, but because of the current situation and tough times we are all struggling, we had to do it as an online version. In this manner, our volunteers as well as Erasmus Students and International Students prepared a short video with the process of cooking and their recipe. The result was as good as it could be if we would organised the offline event.
