Gathering of 24 participants of the event, both Erasmus students and ESN members
 

Description

 

 

Have you ever tried one of the most aesthetic sports called aerial acrobatics? If not, you will have a chance to do it with ESN UJ Cracow! 

Our training will be conducted under the supervision of two experienced instructors, in small groups.
It will allow trainers to focus on the individual needs of each participant.
The training will be carried out at the basic level so that everyone can take part and have fun. 

 28.05. (Saturday)
Group 1:  3 PM - 5 PM
Group 2:  5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

FAQ

Do I need to be stretched
 Figures for beginner acrobats will be shown, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Is this a sport for women only
 Definitely not! Everyone can take part in cyclical classes with our trainers.

What do I need
Sports clothes, water, dark socks (we work out without shoes).

Are there any contraindications
Any shoulder and foot injuries, if you have any, unfortunately you cannot participate in this event.
