This event focuses on sexuality education, health, and consent in and out of relationships. The main purpose of this event is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and information about sexuality, sexual practices, sexual health, and safety. It is also crucial to teach participants to recognize consent in sexual relationships and to set boundaries. We aim to support a healthy and safe approach to sexual activity and promote the development of a conscious individual decisions in this area.
At this event, we focused on the importance of knowledge about sexuality and sexual practices and discussed issues of sexual health and safety. Moreover, we looked at different aspects of sexuality, from psychosexual development to sex life and reproductive function.
Two specialists were present at the event: a psychologist with more than ten years of work experience and an obstetrician-gynecologist. Together with a psychologist, we discussed how to define consent in a sexual relationship and set boundaries. Abusive relationships and their causes were also spoken about, as well as psychological barriers that may arise in sexual relationships and how to overcome them. Special attention was paid to the topics such as first sex, how to determine that a person is ready for it, and how to make a free choice, not imposed by a partner or society. In addition, together with the specialist, we conducted exercises to protect and defend personal space.
Furthermore we had a detailed conversation with the obstetrician-gynecologist on the following topics:

- Anatomical features.
- Psychosexual development.
- Sexuality.
- Sexual life. First sex.
- Reproductive function.
- Sexually transmitted diseases.
- Unplanned pregnancy. Abortion.

The ABC's of Safe Sex provided participants with the necessary knowledge to understand their sexuality, health, and safety.
