Walking has such a variety of benefits. Improving your blood circulation, helping you keep off weight, lightening your mood are just some of them

The 5km challenge is all about your health - physical and mental alike. You can walk or run at your pace. All you need is to go out and have fun.

This challenge is your chance to remind these benefits to yourself and your friends. Please be mindful of the COVID-19 measures in your area!
