Celebrate the Norway´s Constitution Day
🇳🇴May 17th is Norway's Constitution Day, celebrated with parades, flags, traditional costumes, and festivities. 🇳🇴
ESN will take part in the parade, and you are all invited to join us! 🎉
📍 Meet up is at Pilegrimsleden right behind Nidarosdomen, close to Bybroa at 13:15. There will be a lot of people, so try to look for the ESN banner.
After the parade you are encouraged to join us at Marinen (the park beneath Nidarosdomen) at 15:00 to hang out and enjoy the amazing weather! Feel free to bring food or a disposable BBQ if you want to make some food. 🌭🍔
So go grab yourselves a Norwegian flag at your closest store, find your best suit or dress and you are ready for the day!👗👔
!! IMPORTANT !!
A formal dress code is very important for 17th of May. Norwegians wear bunads (our traditional costume), or suits and dresses.
Please wear your nicest clothes for the parade - NO jeans/hoodies.
