Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to introduce the basis of Yoga and workout to our international students.
Description
The activity consisted of a first moment of initial stretching, to get the body ready, followed by yoga exercises focused on balance and proprioception, to end with a workout session for abs and core.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
