The goal of the Yoga Session is to provide Erasmus students with a peaceful break from their routine, promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and well-being. This activity aims to enhance mental and physical health, encourage self-care, and foster a calming space for students to connect with themselves and each other.
The Yoga Session was a serene and rejuvenating experience, leaving everyone feeling relaxed and recharged. Students gathered in a tranquil setting, guided through a series of poses and breathing exercises by a skilled instructor. The session allowed participants to focus on their well-being, releasing any stress from their studies and adjusting to life abroad.
The atmosphere was calm and supportive, with students sharing a collective sense of peace and mindfulness. Even beginners felt comfortable, as the instructor tailored poses for all skill levels, creating an inclusive experience.
