The yoga event held at the Piri Reis Sports Hall on the Tandogan Campus was a transformative journey guided by the expertise of our yoga instructor. As the session unfolded, participants were led through a series of stretching exercises, moving gracefully to connect with their bodies and release tension. The harmony between breath and movement deepened with each yoga pose, creating a serene atmosphere in the room.
