The main goals are to spend some time together and relax through a complete practice which is about 40 minutes long. Also, it’s a nice way to move and to get involved in social activities during these hard times, and moving together is definitely more encouraging and motivating rather than working out alone.
The main focuses of the yoga practice are to be conscious of the breathing and of the position of the body in space. Through the exercises, we want to build strength, to improve our flexibility and to relax through some particular positions.
The Erasmus students are really enjoying the practices and they’re participating actively. After practice we spend some time talking and getting to know each other through Meet and, as the time passes, a community has been built.
