Goal of the Activity
To give students a perfect opportunity to relax phisically, to relax mentally, to make them discover a new healthy practice if they had never tried it before and to socialise.
Description
Yoga class consisting in breathing exercises, statical and dynamic balance and meditation. The difficulty of the lesson was flexible and adapted to everyone's level. The class was followed by an aperitivo in the studio so that the participants could eat, drink, talk and play together enjoying the moment.
