ESN UofG partnered with the university's Bhakti Yoga society to host a session of yoga and meditation as part of ESN international's Health & Well-Being week. The purpose was to provide a free way for students to exercise as part of a group, and for them to become aware of the benefits of meditation and regular exercise for their mental health.

It’s that time of the semester with all of the deadlines and typical Glasgow weather, so why not come and unwind with some free yoga? 👀🧠
As part of Health & Well-Being Week organised by ESN International, ESN UofG are hosting a 1 hour yoga and meditation session! We’ll be shown some moves to relax and relieve stress by the fantastic Bhakti Yoga Society, who host regular events on campus.
Please bring a towel or yoga mat to practice, and some comfortable clothes. The session is completely free and open to anyone, no need to sign up! 🧘♀️⭐️
As this week coincided with a lot of students' coursework deadlines, it was a great way for them to relax and unwind during a stressful time. The yoga exercises were accessible and the students could take away the moves that they had learned to practise at home.
