Join our yoga course at our partner yoga studio🧘🏻♀️🧘🏾♂️
Yoga is a great way to train your body and relieve stress, so don’t miss it. The class will be a basic yoga class for beginners to kickstart into spring full of strength, flexibility and mindfulness. With a specific focus on experiencing the fusion of the breath and movement and slow transitions.
Only sportswear is needed, no need for your own mat. This class will be held in English and is a special offer for us only! There is no fixed price. Instead, you can donate the amount you wish to pay for this course in cash. Be there a bit earlier as the class is supposed to start at 17:00 and you might need some time to arrive, take off your shoes, etc.
