Goal of the Activity
On the occasion of International Women's Day, the goal of the presentation was to hightlight the problem of gender inequality at workplace and to rise awareness about discrimination, but also to talk about women's leadership and to encourage young women to pursue their dreams.
Description
On the 8th march, the International Women's Day, we organized a workshop with psychologist who works in recruitment about the situation of women on the labour market, mechanisms of discrimination at workplace and stereotypes. We talked also about differences in women's and men's leaderships.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
