Workshop Successful Knowledge Transfer

We expected huge changes in our board. We wanted to make sure, our internal knowledge does not get lost. Since our University has a specialist for such matters, we asked her if she could guide us in this process. The result was an in depth workshop, where we noted our internal structures and values. We then wrote an action plan to lead the way to efficiently communicate how we operate within our section. One of the products was a handbook document.
