Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to train the members to participate in the Erasmus call presentation event for the students of our university in collaboration with the International Office and to create a guide to assist Erasmus students who intend to embark on this journey.
To develop the guide, we started by addressing the doubts that students most frequently brought to our office when deciding to pursue Erasmus, or seeking clarification on their concerns and fears related to the application process.
Description
Five workshops were held, each with a different theme:
- November 21: Explanation of the Erasmus call
- November 28: How to choose the Erasmus destination
- December 5: How to complete the Learning Agreement
- December 12: Financial contract
- December 19: Presentation of the graphic draft, FAQ writing, information on AskErasmus, information on Erasmus delegates, international guide, ESN Chieti Pescara Info Days in collaboration with the university.
Three workshops were held in person, and two were conducted remotely.
