The goal of this meeting was to introduce ESN Existanbul to new members and help them understand its role in supporting international students. It aimed to create a welcoming space where newbies could learn about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and the overall Erasmus experience. By connecting members early on, the event helped build a sense of community from the very start.
On 4th February at 8:30 PM, ESN Existanbul held its first online meeting for its new members on Google Meet. The event introduced ESN and helped newcomers understand its mission, activities, and how they could get involved. It was a great opportunity for members to meet each other, ask questions, and learn more about the organisation in a friendly and welcoming environment. The online format made it easy for everyone to join, no matter where they were.
