Goal of the Activity
The event's objective was to foster a sense of community and engagement among Erasmus participants, combining fun activities and socializing in a welcoming environment.
Description
The organizers transformed the venue by adorning it with flags representing various nationalities, arranging informative brochures, and setting up ESN card registration stations. A dedicated welcoming point was established to distribute nametag stickers to Erasmus attendees. To foster interaction a game was organized.
