Introducing new members into the life and operation of the organization and organizing training for all members.
It is a training and integration event that lasted 3 days. Training sessions were organized for new Members to implement them in the Section, provide the necessary knowledge about ESN at all levels and inform about the image and methods of communication. Moreover, Newbies had the opportunity to take part in workshops during which they came up with their own ideas for events.
However, we have not forgotten about the older members who had the opportunity to train under the supervision of people from outside ESN UEK in communication, time management (Newbies also participated in this training) and the efficient functioning of ESNs on the labor market.
Every day, after the training part, integration events were organized to get Newbies acquainted with the other Members of the Section. Speed Meeting and Familiada took place, and after them they all moved to Discord, where they talked until late in the evening. A novelty in the Camp agenda was the Alumni Block, during which our Honorary Members talked about how it used to be, what ESN gave them and why it is worth getting involved in student activities.
