The purpose of the activity was to provide HR training support to our volunteers so that they could be inspired by experts and then bring and apply the knowledge back to their Sections.
During this particular year, one of the main issues was related to Human Resources, specifically, apart from the obvious recruitment-related problem, the Sections had problems in maintaining high motivation through flexible and safe leadership. That’s why we involved 3 HR experts (two professors of the University of Milan IULM and the president of the Association AMESCI) and together we created a webinar to train our volunteers on this topic. The event was held on Zoom and it was divided into two parts: the first part focused on the theme of motivation and the second part on leadership and taking responsibility.
