Goal of the activity
Our intention was to improvise us personal trainers, to show the best techniques of squats.
Learning Objective for the participants
As a second sport challenge, we thought it important to show the guys how to perform great squats, both normal and Bulgarian, to make sure that they could do them the best way possible and could really get beneficial results for the body, avoiding that training, if not carried out properly, can turn into a waste of time.
Result of the activity
Also in this case, the sport has shown itself to ensure and strengthen the closeness between us esners and international students, who sent us a series of home-training videos, in the wake of that made by us.
