Goal of the Activity
Showcase the cultural heritage of three different cultures by sharing traditional dishes from their cuisine and open an intercultural dialog.
Description
Participants followed a route through the city centre of Utrecht, stopping in three parks to receive a small dish from Indian, Mexican and Spanish cuisine. Volunteers from the three cultures who had prepared the dishes were present at the stops to introduce the dish and its relation to their culture.
