Goal of the Activity

Encouraging international students to ask their questions about jobs, opportunities, careers and other related subjects and have people there who can actually answer them, while at the same time having an informal social activity with good food and great talks.

Description

Are you new in the Netherlands and wondering about such things as job opportunities, insurances, DUO loans or BSN numbers? Have you been here for a while but things are still not entirely clear? Are you planning on working in the Netherlands after your studies? Or are you maybe just craving some social contact and good food?

ESN Nijmegen, in honour of Skills and Employability Week, teamed up with International Students Work to bring you the best of both worlds: an event where you can meet people, eat free pizza and gather information about work at the same time! What more could you ask for!

We will meet up at the ESN Office, from where we will take a nice walk together (if the weather permits it) during which you can get to know International Students Work and ask them every question to do with work, opportunities in the Netherlands, building your career or arranging your paperwork you can think of! At the end, we will get back to the ESN Office where we will enjoy some delicious pizza and drinks together.

If you are interested in joining, sign up via this link! Here you can also fill in dietary requirements and such.

Hope to see you there!
