Goal of the Activity
The main goal of the activity was to empower volunteer coordinators from ESN Romania's Local Sections to improve their managerial competencies.
Description
We identified a lack of knowledge, abilities, and attitudes among the volunteer coordinators in ESN Romania when it came to managing volunteers effectively. The activity as a whole was developed through the Volunteers' Management in 9 Steps Theory.
The topics of the sessions were:
