Goal of the Activity
The purpose of the activity is to integrate students into the local community through volunteering in realities that need help.
Description
On March 12, a morning was organized to spend at the Refuge Margherita: a small voluntary organization that lends help to abandoned dogs and cats. After meeting in a previously decided point of the city, the volunteers, equipped with cars, accompanied international students and not to the shelter. During the morning, the participants helped the volunteers of the daisy shelter and offered a little joy and love to these animals from the sad fate: they took them for a walk, played with them, and fed them.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
