The goal of this activity is to organize a relaxed volleyball tournament at a city park in Milano in order to promote physical activeness and socialization among the international student community in Politecnico di Milano. The aim is to have an event accessible to all, both those that want to participate in the tournament and those that want to simply enjoy an afternoon and meet new friends
The ESNers go to the park in the early afternoon and set up two portable volleyball nets in a large grassy area of Parco Sempione in order to be ready for the arrival of the first participants. As the participants arrive they are encouraged to start warming up and playing. Once a significant number has joined, teams are made up and a tournament is organized. In the meanwhile, the ESNers also set up music and an area for those that want to hang out.
