Objective / Goal of the activity
To organise a dinner where vegan and vegetarian people could have more choices than in an international dinner.
To reduce the amount of plastic in order to have a more sustainable dinner.
Description
We separated the meals in two different spaces: vegan and vegetarian. Ingredients and food receipts were written down next to the dishes.
Hard plastic cutlery and plates were offered and collected again to be cleaned afterwards.
Result of the activity
Different dishes were cooked, 60% were vegetarian because of the lack of vegan cheese.
Everybody loves guacamole and hummus as an appetizer.
