The main goal of this activity is to inform the new Erasmus students about their mobility regarding the documentation work, accommodation, and also the city life in Constanta
The event was co-organized by the Erasmus+ Office of the "Ovidius" University of Constanta, who also provided the interior court of the campus as the event's venue. Our partners from the Office used this opportunity to formally welcome the international students to Constanta while also informing them about LA completion procedures and answering all of the students' questions regarding administrative matters. In addition, our President gave a speech more about ESN Constanta and how we could help the international students make the most out of their stay in Constanta.
Our main partner IRO - the Erasmus+ Office of the "Ovidius" University of Constanta - provided a welcome pack for the international students containing items such as notebooks, keychains, and blankets, all with the Erasmus+ logo. Also, the Office arranged for the readiliy-available hand sanitizer and water bottles at the event.
