Goal of the Activity

Ultimate (also known as ultimate frisbee) is a team sport played with a disc weighing 175g. The aim of the game is to score points by passing the disc inside the opponent's end zone. Players cannot move, except on their pivot foot, while in possession of the disc. But also to teach our Erasmus a new game.

Description

Ultimate was invented in the late 1960s on American campuses. It is characterised by the so-called Spirit of the Game and the principles of fair play. In fact, at any level, even during the 'World Championships' it is played without the aid of a referee. All disputes are settled on the field by the players in play. We took the Erasmus to the beach and let them try this new sport to try something different and to all get together and do some healthy sport.
