Goal of the Activity
Our goal was to let Erasmus students discover our cuisine through a typical dinner.
Description
International students and ESN Modena volunteers gathered for a typical dinner at the local Bocciofila. The 2 course menu consisted of gramigna con salsiccia (pasta with minced meat) and gnocco fritto e tigelle con salumi e formaggi (typical fried bread, and round bread which can be stuffed with cold cuts, cheese and/or jam). The highlight of the evening was the demonstration, done by a Modenese, of how to eat a tigella.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
