Goal of the Activity
The main goal of this activity was to let our Erasmus students try new typical food, in particular from the Marche region.
Description
We went to Osteria Agnese at 8 p.m. and they welcome us with courtesy. The menu included many specialties from Macerata such as: Agnese's fry-up (olives all'ascolana, mushrooms, zucchini, sage, potatoes, artichokes and pumpkin flowers) and chitarrine alla maceratese.
