The main goal of this activity was to let our Erasmus students try new typical food, in particular from the Marche region.
It is important to find out, in a cultural way, the typical food from the region you are doing your Erasmus.
We went to Osteria Agnese at 8 p.m. and they welcome us with courtesy. The menu included many specialties from Macerata such as: Agnese's fry-up (olives all'ascolana, mushrooms, zucchini, sage, potatoes, artichokes and pumpkin flowers) and chitarrine alla maceratese. In fact, I think it was a great opportunity for Erasmus students to discover and taste these dishes, especially because they had the chance to better discover the region where they live, which offers a wide culinary culture
Outcomes
The Erasmus students and our volunteers were so happy about the Typical Dinner. They tried so many new macerata's and Marche's food. Osteria Agnese workers were so kind to us.
