Visit the famous hills of Bologna with a trekking.

Description

Do you like outdoor activities? Would you like to see Bologna from the overhanging hills?

Join us on the "colli bolognesi"!

Time has come to start hiking with ESN!

 

Follow us in the discovery of the gorgeous hills above our city, the landscapes, renaissment manors and parks, the hidden trails and the woods which enclose the city.

Trekking is a sport and recreational activity that takes place outdoors, usually in the mountains, and consists in walking along wild paths, giving you the possibility to admire some beautiful natural scenarios, animals and botany. It's generally an activity everyone can do and, for this trail, it doesn't require a specific training, nor will expose you to any particular risk.

You are going to need: resistant shoes (running shoes are ok, if you don't have trekking boots) and a k-waysnacks to eatwater and... some will to walk!! (the usage of jeans is strongly discouraged)

 

WHEN?

Sunday, September 13th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Program:

  • At 3:00 p.m. we'll start from Porta Saragozza, and we'll reach the western walls. From there, we're going to hike uphill on a trail to reach a very nice park in the country.
  • Around 4:00 p.m. we'll have reached the top of the hill, and there we're going to take a rest, in which you'll be able to play with a ball, eat a snack or just sunbath.
  • We'll be back in town at around 7:00 p.m.

COVID-19 rules:

Due the current sanitary emergency is mandatory to fill the FORM, is very easy to do it and allow everyone to have fun with the maximum possible safety.

 

In case of bad weather the activity might be posponed
