Initiated a dialogue and a reflection by the participants on contemporary issues (abortion, violence against women, street harassment, gender equality)
The international students were offered a journey in search of inspiring women (Gisèle Halimi, Simone de Beauvoir, Simone Weil, Olympe de Gouges, Roberta Metsola, Christine Lagarde, Ursula von der Leyen, Louise Michel, Taranto Burke, Joséphine Baker) and through symbolic places for women's rights, such as the "Maison des femmes" or the "Planning Familial ». The afternoon is organised in two parts:

Outcomes
About 30 students were able to participate in the event. The discussions that took place enabled them to confront existing prejudices and to realise the reality of the situation. On the other hand, the international students were able to discover influential French women, but also the rights in France on the issues of gender equality and violence against women. We were able to discuss the differences in women's rights in our students' home countries. Finally, the students found out about the support they could access in France.
