Goal of the Activity
The goal of this event was to highlight to the international students the best of what Romanian cuisine has to offer. To this purpose, the participants were seated in accordance with public health safety measures and treated to platters rich in Romanian specialities such as mititei, pike caviar cream, and garlic-infused potatoes.
Description
For this event, we received sizeable support from Pizzico Restaurant, which provided a separate area of the restaurant for this purpose. In addition, they were kind enough to give us a special discount on the platters with traditional Romanian specialties. The price was totally covered by the Erasmus+ Office of the "Ovidius" University.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
