We wanted to give the Erasmus and exchange students a taste of Irish culture, and decided that a collaboration with our college’s Irish society would be a fabulous way to do this!
For anyone who wants to experience a helping of traditional Irish culture and language, ESN UCD has got you covered!
Come with us to Club Chonradh na Gaeilge, Dublin’s only Irish speaking pub. They have a traditional music session most Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and the international students will have the chance to learn a little bit of Irish courtesy of our Volunteers! The students will have the chance to get to know each other in the comfort of a chilled out, music filled environment. Many students haven’t been out and about yet exploring Dublin’s nightlife, so we decided to show them what a real traditional Irish pub looks like!
