The goal of the activity was to allow football-loving international students to create an Erasmus team and compete in the 7-a-side football tournament organised by the university list SiM - Studenti in Movimento and in which teams from the various departments of the University of Trieste compete.
This was not a single activity, but a university tournament. In the group stage, each group consisted of three teams. Only the first placed team advanced to the quarter-finals. The team formed among the Erasmus students, thanks to the support of ESN Trieste volunteers and called Erasmus United, won one match and lost one match in the group stage, so they did not qualify for the quarter-finals. However, they formed a close-knit group and other Erasmus students cheered for them during the matches. The fee was €5 per participant for the entire tournament. The international students were able to integrate more into the local university community by getting to know players from other teams. They also had the opportunity to exercise outdoors and team up with each other, making their mobility experience even more fun and challenging.
