Are you spending long hours sitting at your desk? Together with Techniker Krankenkasse (TK), we're offering you the chance to get your sitting posture evaluated. It will take around 20 Minutes and you can book an appointment at the link below. Spots are limited, so please cancel your spot if you can't attend. Free yourself from the consequences of sitting motionless. The health risks of static sitting and lack of movement in everyday life are enormous. The negative effects range from headaches to tension in the neck and shoulder area and discomfort in the lower back. But this does not have to be the case.

With TK's seated posture diagnostics, they analyze your workplace and your sitting position in real time to identify possible incorrect stresses. During the consultation, they correct your ergonomic settings and give you individual recommendations for optimizing your work environment. In addition, they will show you dynamic sitting positions and exercises that will enable you to work ergonomically without complaints.
