  • you'll get recommendations for stretching exercises
Description

Together with Techniker Krankenkasse, we offer you the chance to get a measurement of your muscle tightness. It will take around 15 Minutes and you can book an appointment at the link below. Spots are limited, so please cancel your spot if you can't attend.

Tension frequently occurs in the back muscles, particularly around the neck and shoulders. Measuring muscle tightness helps pinpoint it. Muscle tension (tightness) can be caused by psychological stress and/ or lack of exercise. Over time, poor posture can also place excess strain on the muscles and make them tighter.

How is it measured?

A brief measurement is taken to determine how tight the participant‘s muscles are, both individually and compared to those on the other side of the body. The results yield information on measures that can be taken to combat muscle tension. The process also offers the advantages of so-called biofeedback training, in which tension is tracked online on a monitor and can be directly controlled and influenced by appropriate actions.

You don't need to bring anything to the measurement!
