Goal of the Activity
The aim of the activity was to introduce the exchange students to Italian culinary culture in a practical and entertaining way.
Description
On the 30th of November, we welcomed the international students in a hall made available to us by the University Pastoral Service of Venice. Our volunteers guided them step by step in the preparation of one of the most famous desserts in the Italian tradition: the Tiramisù. At the end of the workshop, each of them was able to take home the portion of Tiramisù prepared during the workshop.
