Our goal is to create a welcoming space where students can relax and recharge through a calming session of yoga and meditation.
This beginner-friendly Yoga Session invites students to slow down, stretch out, and reconnect with their bodies and minds. Led by a certified yoga instructor via an online stream, the class is projected on-site so everyone can follow along together in a calm, shared space.
No prior experience is needed — just wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat (if you have one), and come ready to breathe, move, and relax. The session focuses on gentle movement and mindfulness, making it perfect for anyone who wants to unwind, improve flexibility, and boost overall well-being.
