Goal of the Activity
- To provide an inclusive cultural experience for exchange and international students by watching an English-language theatre play, fostering intercultural dialogue, and encouraging discussion on artistic themes.
Description
- In collaboration with the Theatre Society at our university, we organized a theatre night where participants watched People, Places & Things by Duncan Macmillan. The play was in English, ensuring accessibility for international and exchange students. This event created an opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds to engage with performing arts, interact with local students, and discuss their thoughts on the play. To enhance the experience, we provided popcorn, coffee, and tea, making the environment more immersive and enjoyable. After the performance, a discussion session allowed participants to share their interpretations, further enriching the experience.
