Goal of the Activity
Throught this trip we wanted to let the erasmus students get in the real sardinian festivity mood, let them know the traditions of our land, in this case the ones related to carnival, and apprecciate how welcoming locals can be.
Description
We departed from Sassari at 16.00 with the bus directed to Tempio and got there at 17.00. Once we arrived we got to enjoy the carnival allegorical parade with the traditional "King's dance crew" and the local band, so we really got the chance to get into the festivity mood. At the end of the parade we watched the award ceremony and attended the traditional process and condemnation to the stake of King George, that was followed by a firework and musical show to celebrate the end of carnival.
