Goal of the Activity
To have group discussions about emotional intelligence and activities to help students understand their emotions and be able to manage stress.
Description
The semester is about to be finished and you’re not on track? Christmas is coming and you feel homesick? Or maybe you’re a CS student with a lot of assignments due 😥? In all cases, you might be experiencing some stress or feeling overwhelmed, this is why in this event “Stress Under Control” we are going to have group discussions about emotional intelligence and activities to help you understand your emotions and be able to manage your stress. In addition we will practice some mindfulness techniques to relieve stress. 🧘♀️
