Goal of the Activity

The goal of this activity is to help university students better understand and manage two major challenges they face: Stress Management and Emotional Eating. The conference aims to provide valuable information on effective stress management techniques and the underlying causes of emotional eating. Additionally, the group therapy session offers an opportunity for participants to gain deeper insights and personalized guidance in managing their emotions and stress on an individual level. Overall, the activity seeks to enhance the well-being and emotional resilience of students.

Description

As ESN Erciyes organized a special seminar focused on two major challenges that university students often face: Stress Management and Emotional Eating. The seminar took place on Tuesday, December 24th, providing participants the opportunity to explore effective strategies for managing stress and understanding the root causes of emotional eating.

The event featured expert insights and practical advice to help students cope with these common issues. Following the seminar, a group therapy session with a limited capacity of 20 participants was conducted. This session provided a more personalized experience, focusing on emotion management and stress coping, offering individual guidance to help participants navigate their unique challenges.

The seminar and therapy session were designed to equip participants with valuable tools and support to improve their emotional well-being and resilience.
