Goal of the Activity

- To get familiar with techniques of controlling stress

- Learn how to maintain holistic approach to stable mental health 



We imagined this event to be merge of presentation, discussion and workshop and it will be open for volunteers of our organisation, local students in city of Čakovec and international students.

We prepared short presentation which will familiarise participants with some words, after which we would go in circle and create safe environment by sharing personal examples from our own life and discuss about how to act in certain situation, without any judging. For the last part we would do a small workshop where participants could get into action and give their input into this event.

By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
